accommodation on the ground floor level to
visitors touring the city centre of Edinburgh.
The guest house comprises 4 en-suite rooms
including 3 double / twin bedrooms and 1
family / triple bedroom.
All our guest house rooms are comfortably
furnished and en-suite. They are all fully
equipped including colour LCD TV with Freeview and
Tea / Coffee making facilities.
Your stay at the guest house will include a

There is no need to take the car to the city
centre of Edinburgh as there is an excellent local
bus service which stops outside the guest house.
